You will be part of the global legal team with approximately 15 qualified professionals based in Singapore, Berlin, Zurich and Lugano. It is key that you are a well organised team player with the ability to communicate at all levels with customers, internal clients and business partners. You will have the opportunity to grow together with the company.**Job Description**:**Your mission**- Provide general legal support to the business operations of the Company, in close collaboration with the APAC and global legal teams and the business.- Review, and draft a broad range of contracts including but not limited to customer contracts and vendor agreements.- Drive the standardisation of documentation and processes across multiple jurisdictions.- Provide corporate legal support including, but not limited to, answering queries from clients and/or stakeholders.**Qualifications**:**What you need**:- A law degree from a reputable university.- Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing- Possess at least 1-year post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a reputable law firm and /or as in-house counsel.- Strong contract management skills (includes review, drafting and negotiation).- Ability to systematically analyse complex issues, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with shifting deadlines- Fluent in verbal and written English.- Experience in software and/or banking industry.- Strong background in labor law.Additional InformationWith our compensation model, we want to share the success of the company with all our employees.
