Legal Officer

Handle the overall legal actions for collection department (small claims)- Report progress of cases and credit IDs eligible for court- Assists in the preparation of demand letters, reminders, notices or correspondences with clients, or third parties- Coordinates with the Collection Unit in the filing of small claims and attends all proceedings relative thereto- Researches regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice.- Communicates with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions.- Liaises with external counsel of the Corporation.- Collects, examines, and organizes evidence and other legal documents for review of in-house counsel/s and case preparation.- Meeting the target on a daily, weekly and monthly basis- Performing other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate HeadSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
