Legal Manager

Providing legal advice predominantly in the areas of transportation and logistics law as well as contract law Drafting, reviewing and negotiating national and multinational transport, warehousing and logistics contracts Providing strategic legal advice in national and international projects in the areas of transportation and contract logistics or in the development of new business models Drafting of legal opinions and position statements Liaising with the DB Schenker Insurance Department Monitoring relevant legislative procedures at national and international level Fully qualified lawyer, with state examinations and above-average results, or a comparable foreign qualification At least 5 years' professional experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a company Knowledge in contract, transport and logistics law; industry knowledge is an advantage. Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with familiarity in legal drafting
