DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- To provide administrative support to the legal and compliancedepartment- Duties include but not limited to filing, photocopying, and scanning ofdocuments- Administer and maintain the database of legal and compliancedocuments- Liaise with other departments and external parties where necessary- Assist in the direction and guidance in maintaining and enhancing thecompany's respective compliance programs- Assist and support projects to improve compliance processesprograms- Maintain an open and cooperative relationship with regulators including ensuring the timely and accurate filing of regulatory documents- Assist in the filing and maintenance of regulatory compliance withvarious government agencies and bodies- Stays informed of trends and developments in various laws, rules, andregulations- Assist in the internal compliance audits of operational areas to ensurethat the organization is meeting internal and external regulatoryrequirements- Develop appropriate compliance reports and summary reports thatcommunicate the status of the compliance program- Maintain file systems, collect corporate records, collate, and maintainrecords of Know Your Customer and Business information.- Conduct compliance review of the client and third-party due diligenceinformation- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that complianceprocedures are followed- Ensuring that customers' records (individuals and legal entities) are upto date- Assist the department head and the group of company with its day-today operations from an operational and administrative perspective- Day-to-day correspondence, communication, and assistance with general an specific administrative matters from clients, the Group andand external service provider- Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends and bestpractices and assess the potential impact of these changes onorganizational processes- Assistance for any ad-hoc regulatory requirements- Verify that all company and regulatory policies and procedures havebeen documented, implemented, and communicated- Assist other Group members with administrative aspects and liaisinginternally or with various government agencies and bodiesWilling to take on other tasks as the department head and companymay request from time to timeJOB QUALIFICATIONMinimum 1-year to 3 years' experience as a ComplianceOfficer/Analyst, Legal Administrative Assistant- Knowledge of applicable government regulations and emergingcompliance issues- Experience/knowledge in corporate compliance- Preferably Graduate of Political Science, Legal any other relatedBusiness-Related CourseExperience in legal, regulatory compliance is an advantage- Experience in corporate/administrative services firms preferred- Good organizational and communication skills- Computer literate- Fast learner, can work under pressure and under mínimal supervisionindependently and act responsibly and operate on one's own initiativeSchedule:- 8 hour shift
