Leasing Officer

Function Overview:

Present and lease the sub-leasable spaces to prospective lessors. Scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates with highest possible rates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/ College degree in Business Studies or equivalent course
- Has at least two (2) years experience in real estate leasing and sales.

- Has marketing background or experience.

- Willing to be assigned in Novaliches, Quezon City
