Job DescriptionTHE ROLEThe Learning Experience Lead will be responsible for overall strategy as aligned with Company goals. This role will also be accountable for delivering standard, advanced, and complex training material for several courses from different Lines of Business. The Learning Experience Lead will draft, own, and roll out modules, teaching methods, and training that will help the whole organization develop and improve crucial functional job skills.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:Build, implement, and continuously improve a talent roadmap and competency assessment to support a sustainable and robust learning experience for employeesDevelop and facilitate leadership and organizational development modules and programs for all employees, particularly supervisors, managers, and directorsDevelop and implement learning strategies and programsImplement various learning methods across the company in a remote environmentCollaborate with various level business leaders on functional learning strategyCreate materials and modules as part of training for new hire on-boardingUse advanced knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutionsDevelop Key Performance Metrics for the Learning Experience functionPrepare and maintain Learning Experience reports and dashboardsBuild and manage platforms for Learning Experience through a chosen Learning Management System**QUALIFICATIONS**:Graduate of a Bachelor's degreeMinimum experience of 5 years in Learning and Development as a lead/managerBPO experience highly preferredStrong experience in Training on multiple platforms with a high focus on e-learning platformsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsKnowledgeable in Learning Management Systems, digital technology, e-learning, and on-demand / agile learning tools and methodologiesTechnical savvy and have the propensity to learn new technology or platform in a short period of timeRelevant professional certification is a plus**Work Hours**: 6 AM - 3 PM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays**Work Arrangement**: Remote**Job Description**:THE ROLEThe Learning Experience Lead will be responsible for overall strategy as aligned with Company goals.
