Responsible for the initial conceptualization, analysis, monitoring and implementation of Learning and OD programs and interventions
Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably communication, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Organization or any related course
At least 2-3 years experience in Learning and Organizational Development
Training Cycle (Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Delivery and Implementation and Training Evaluation)
Training Administration Management
Organizational Design and Analysis
Organizational Diagnosis
Performance Management System
Talent Management
Project Management
Data Analytics
With good Interaction, Communication, Presentation and Facilitating Skills
Willing to work in Tanza, Cavite
Learning: 2 years (Preferred)
