Job DescriptionAt Emapta, saying 'We're a Family' means we're also your second home at work, and our ratings prove it!4.5 GLASSDOOR RATING4.5 FACEBOOK RATING93% CANDIDATE REFERRALOur goal is to build your local careers with global impact, so you can achieve your ambitions and full potential without the need to work abroad.Conduct learning needs analysis to determine Talent Development priorities and opportunities.Collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of learning journeys and initiatives within EMAPTA Academy to upskill and reskill our existing talent.Measure and evaluate the ROI, effectiveness, value, quality, and engagement levels of our learning programs.Keep pace with L&D trends and best practices to continually advance and update the Academy's tools, resources and strengthen the learning programs.Partner with external providers (SMEs, consultants, facilitators, etc.) for training projectsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to develop and increase individual and organizational capabilities within the company.Develop and improve systems and processes within EMAPTA AcademyManage and mentor the Learning ang Development team**Requirements**:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or equivalentAt least 8 to 10 years of Learning and Development experience, with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory capacityMust have experience in creating and conducting leadership training programsMust have experience in Training Design and Training Needs Analysis.Current knowledge of effective learning and development methodsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practicesExperience in project management and budgetingProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent communication and negotiation skills sharp business acumenStrong planning, organizational and leadership skills.Ability to multi-task, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding collaboration skills.
