Job Descriptions
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
Ensuring feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Enhancing performance of the main front-end website.
Modifying designs and specifications of complex applications.
Analyzing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability.
Collaborating with front-end and back-end web developers.
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Implementation of security and data protection
Integration of data storage solutions
Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
Identifying web-based user interactions.
Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
Documenting application changes and developing updates.
Responsible for directing the team in all stages of the development including effective communication between team members and other IT functional areas
Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement
Mentor and train team members and provide objective feedbacks as required.

Job Qualifications
At least more than 3 years’ experience as a development lead.
Good project management skills.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript
Skilled in developing applications using ReactJS and NodeJS
Developed projects involving React and Redux atleast for more than 2 years.
Experience in building reusable components and strong experience with multiple front-end libraries (SASS, LESS, ReduxToolkit Etc)
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and CSS-in-JS and how to create thematic styles for reusability.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Strong Experience with Build Pipeline tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Webpack and Maven.
Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux), Working experience with RESTful APIs, JSON Structures, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications,
Git or other distributed version control systems
Familiarity with code collaboration platforms such as Bitbucket, Gitlab, or Github and submitting/reviewing/approving Pull Requests/Merge Requests.,
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON
Strong working experience with different protocols and caching techniques and session management.
Worked part of Agile Scrum teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
