PurposeWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads through various channels, including but not limited to email, phone, social media, and online research.
The Lead Generation Associate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all leads are properly qualified and nurtured throughout the sales process.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify potential customers and target industriesGenerate sales leads through various channels, including email, phone, social media, and online researchQualify leads based on established criteria and set up appointments for the sales teamUse CRM software to track and manage leads throughout the sales processWork closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaignsCollaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly nurtured throughout the sales processMeet or exceed assigned lead generation targets and KPIsContinuously improve lead generation strategies and processes based on data analysis and feedbackQualifications/ Requirements of the jobBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldFresh Graduates are welcome to applyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with sales and marketing techniques and principlesExperience with social media platforms and online research tools
