- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality 2D and 3D interactive games using C# and Unity Engine.- Oversee the entire game development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging and visually appealing game content.- Utilize Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) to enhance game visuals and create multimedia assets.- Ensure the integration of multimedia elements aligns with the overall game design and user experience goals.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia and game development.- Manage and mentor a team of game developers, designers, and artists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources and support needed to succeed.- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt to changes to keep projects on track.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure games meet high standards of performance, usability, and player satisfaction.- Conduct playtesting and gather user feedback to make data-driven improvements.- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and creative approaches to enhance game development processes and outputs.- Contribute to the strategic planning of multimedia and game development initiatives to align with the company's vision and goals.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D games developed using C# and Unity Engine.- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with excellent people management and communication skills.- Strong understanding of game design principles, user experience, and multimedia production.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and project management skills.- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving gaming industry.- Experience with VR/AR game development is advantage.
