Cebu CityReport ToManager Job Summary All aspects of LAN-based networking at the supported call center(s)Duties/Responsibilities Installing all computer hardware and software at the supported call center(s)Assisting in the creation, updating and management of software drive imagesMaintaining and installing voice systems to support call-flow, usually limited to cabling, phones, headsets and any software needsCabling new and existing locations for new network, phone or other equipmentRepairing or upgrading computer systems as neededWorking with customers, project managers and trainers on correct usage of software and hardwareWorking with customers, project managers, supervisors and sometimes agents on specific problems related to computers and phone systemsProviding Tier 1-3 level support on technical issuesProvide technical assistance and guidance to the Desktop Engineers in the Lead Desktop Engineer's regionAny other duties that the Director of Desktop Support or IT / Desktop Manager may find necessary Qualifications: Solid Desktop Hardware and Software troubleshooting skillsSolid Desktop application support and troubleshootingKnowledgeable in Windows Active DirectoryKnowledgeable in Group Policy and Users ProfilesKnowledgeable in Desktop Imaging technologyKnowledgeable in Shell ScriptingBasic Network troubleshootingBasic Telephony troubleshootingKnowledgeable in MS Office applicationsGood English Written and Verbal Communication skills
