JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant degree- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws- Experience in handling employee discipline- With at least 2 years of work experiences related to labor relationsRESPONSIBILITIES:- Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline- Conduct investigations (end to end process)- Assist in formulation of company policy- Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor StandardsSALARY RANGE: 25K – 30KBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOWORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
