SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30KBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga JOB QUALIFICATIONS:· Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant degree · Knowledgeable in Labor Laws · Experience in handling employee discipline · With at least 3 years of work experiences related to labor relations RESPONSIBILITIES: · Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline · Conduct investigations (end to end process) · Assist in formulation of company policy · Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards
