Labor Relations Supervisor

Tasks & responsibilities* In charge of implementing the company discipline system* Conducts administrative hearings for employees with infractions/offenses* Prepares appropriate notices relative to the Labor Relations Section, such as the Disengagement Notices, Flexible Work Arrangement Notices, etc.* In charge of evaluating documents and proof of evidence for labor-related concerns and complaints* Serves as company representative in DOLE hearings.Submits the Semi-Annual Report to DOLE Processes and secures the renewal of the Certificate of Registration before the Office of DOLE.* Prepares Mancom meeting reports and updates* Conducts monthly alignment with the Operations Department to discuss labor-related updates and concerns.* Conducts orientation to new employees about Labor Relations and Discipline System* Does coordination and consultation with external legal counsel/retainers for major cases* Monitors and updates the Disengagement List from time to time.
