L1 - Network Engineer

1. Monitor and provide first level of support in all infra network of PLDT and Smart Corporate.Support:Monitoring tools:•Solarwinds •PingerDevices to monitor:•Switches •Routers•Access Points and Controller•Servers – upon creation of tickets and initial t.shooting, this IR will be endorsed to Amdocs Team (Device Owner).•UPS - upon creation of tickets and initial t. shooting, this IR will be endorsed to PCTech Team (Device Owner).•Kronos - upon creation of tickets and initial t.shooting, this IR will be endorsed to ACIP Team (Device Owner).2. ISNet UPS – manual testing by accessing the UPS one by one.3. Test Mail – manually sending emails every after 2 hours as advised by PLDT.4. Hourly VPN Bandwidth Utilization – based from Solarwinds.5. Temporary Access Pass Request- for onsite activities, TAP request should be endorsed and approved by respective Approvers prior to onsite activities. 6. One Hub ticket creation and monitoring of the current status.7. Sending End of Shift Status Reports•Daily Incident Reports Tracker•Turn Over Report•Checklist network Report•ISNet UPS Report
