Position 11: Korean Travel Account Associate
Industry: Travel and Tourism Industry
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Salary: P80,000 - P 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting with 2 days off

Requirements:
•Native Korean who can speak conversationally in English
•Filipino who can speak conversational in both Korean and English language
•At least high school graduate
•With customer experience is a plus but not required
•Willing to work in Pampanga

Responsibilities:
•Provide excellent customer service to clients in accordance of proper company procedure and applying technical expertise
•Maintain system services and company products updated
•Develop new strategies to improve customer service
•Maintain confidentiality customer’s data and process accordingly their requests
