Position: Korean Technical Helpdesk Industry: IT BPO Company Location: Quezon City
Salary: P 90,000- P 100,000
Schedule: Shifting with 2 days off

Requirements:
Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean
Korean national can speak at least conversational English
Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
Background in Customer Service/Technical Support is an advantage
Knowledgeable in computer applications

Responsibilities
Answer and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email and/or phone
Respond to customer inquiries regarding concerns and issues
Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
Build sustainable relationships with customers
