Salary: P 80,000- P 90,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work Setup: ONSITE

Qualifications:
Korean National present in Philippines
Open to Tourist and Permanent Visa Holders
Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
Must have Customer Service or BPO Experience
At least 2 years in College
Knowledge of medical and clinical terminology is an advantage
Can start working asapResponsibilities:Effectively communicate product information to customers through email, phone and other digital communication platforms
Maintain accurate and updated records of customers information
Provide immediate resolution with compliance with the standard responses
