Morning Duty? Cleaning and setting up for opening (noodles boiler, fryer gyoza pan and so on)? Preparing all necessary ingredients for operations? Defrost necessary ingredients for back ups? Checking all conditions of ingredients? Cleaning and Organizing, Washing Dishes and Bowl? Monitoring and adjusting soupClosing Duties? Cleaning all kitchen tools, equipment, working tables, storage, refrigerators and floor? Washing all plates, dumping garbage? Double checking all stock?
