RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible in the development of a solid relationship between major clients and company
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Responsible in managing account assigned to each client
- Has a strategic skill in planning to improve client result
- Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing timeline of performance
- Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit sales
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, company heads, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field with at least two (2) years of work experience in Account Management, Territory Sales - handling National and Local accounts
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager level specializing in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
- Must be willing to perform field work
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Power point
- With Driving Skills - with VALID Driver's license
- Willing to work during weekends and Holidays
- Experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry is an advantage
