Job Description Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer preferences in the Boracay region. Develop strategic business plans and initiatives to capitalize on market insights and achieve sales targets. Analyze competitor activity and consumer behavior to refine market positioning and differentiate our brand. Distribution and Channel Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in Boracay. Expand distribution channels and secure new retail partnerships to increase product availability and visibility. Monitor distribution performance and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, shelf placement, and promotional activities. Brand Promotion and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to raise brand awareness and drive consumer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials tailored to the Boracay market. Utilize digital marketing platforms and social media channels to reach target audiences and enhance brand visibility. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth through effective management of sales targets, forecasts, and budgets. Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales revenue and profitability. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and trade partners. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve products and services. The Successful Applicant You have at least 2-3 years of experience in accounts management in a FMCG company You ideally have an exposure to both trade marketing and sales functions Must be willing to reside in Boracay/Aklan What's on Offer Competitive package Subsidized rellocation package Contact
