Junior Translation Project Manager

The Language Doctors, Inc. has an opening for a Distributor/ Junior Translation Project Manager with experience in the Translation and localization Industry to join our growing team. The suitable candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized person who can multitask.
Key Responsibilities: Create and submit timely and accurate quotes to clients.
Create Purchase orders for the Vendors.
Coordinating with translators and establishing delivery times.
Organizing and verifying project files for final delivery to our clients.
Ensure projects are completed and delivered to clients within the timeline and with ultimate attention to quality.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required: Experience as a Translator.
Experience using TRADOS.
Proven multitasking skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
Fast learner and the ability to pick up new skills and technologies.
Common sense with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Thursday to Monday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM EST
