• Travel offsite to customers' locations for maintenance and repair• Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs• Diagnose problems, assess extent, and document findings• Process paperwork and perform data entry• Pre-screen service calls to obtain necessary information• Meet or exceed company metrics
Requirements
• High school degree, undergrad credit, or NC II from TESDA• Experience in troubleshooting (6 months to 1 year)• Reading and understanding schematic diagrams is a plus• Work independently with minimal supervision and basic instruction
