The Junior Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing relationships with prospects, and helping set up sales calls/demos for the Senior Sales Executives to close.Ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.Must complete a full application on company careers page, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.

Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other methods.• Increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.• Grow accounts with new sales methodology.• Learn the client's products, services, and customers.• Solve problems and upsell when possible.• Improve your ability with every interaction.• Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to close the clients.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.• Maintain client database to make sure the Senior Sales Executive team can access current information on all leads.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.• Provide feedback to the sales team on client trends and needs.• Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
• Must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.• High school diploma required.• 2 years experience in working with various BPO companies is required.• Experience in customer/client support is a plus.• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.• Working knowledge of sales processes and various CRM software.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software tools.• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
