Junior Product Development Engr

**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Designs products and / or makes modifications and improvements on current products.- Knows the usage of solid works.- Develops products lines harmonization by standardization.- Prepares necessary drawing presentations.- Provides technical assistance in the fabrication and assembly of prototype units; ensures quick and correct implementation of MIC's- Performs regular value engineering work.- Produces quality plans per product.- Performs new technology studies.- Monitors and assist in new products prototypes and pilot production run.- Performs other related work that maybe assigned.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**Job Specifications**:- BSME or equivalent.- With or without experience.- Must be computer literate and excellent in AutoCad, Solid Edge/works, and Microsoft Office.- Self-motivated and hard working.- Good supervisory and communication skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
