We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities. For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customer’s behavior. Ultimately, you should help achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing Department runs smoothly.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.Become a client expert for Marketing & Communication efforts - understanding client segments, profiles and collateral.Develop a marketing strategy and create plans and proposals for marketing activitiesExecute marketing initiatives and activities with the teamHandle digital platforms – social media, website, and e-commerce platformsCreate reports on marketing and sales metrics like conversion rates.Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising, online and promotional materialsKeep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.Prepare and monitor regular sales forecasting reports.Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.Coordinate and support the development of communication tools and collaterals to promote new product features and functionality to both prospect and existing clients.Contribute to overall improvement of internal and cross-team process related to prospect and client communications.Work effectively within a team yet have the ability to take initiative and work effectively on his or her own.Support in administrative, production, operations and sales activitiesRequirementsProven work experience as Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role.Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks as needed.Demonstrated success at innovating at a fast-paced, very dynamic environment.Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity, dedication and an open mind.Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.Solid computer skills including MS Excel.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Degree in Marketing or relevant field
