Junior Graphic Artist

Job description
Coordinates closely with the Senior Graphic Artist for the daily, weekly or monthly production targets, plans and/or schedules.
Facilitates and leads cross-functional interaction to drive decision making process, remove bottlenecks and bring resolution proactively and effectively.
Create graphic designs, mock-ups, prototypes and other printer proofs as per client/Sales Team requirements.
Proactively communicates supply chain issues to production team and coordinates solution implementation.
Perform as key driver for the planning, production, and execution of complex master production schedules.
Working with light production machines as necessary.

Job Qualification
With more than 1 to 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferably in the printing and packaging business.
Must have the ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance and strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and the like.
A strong eye for visual composition and must be organized enough to do multi-tasking without confusion and panic.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
With strong and effective organizational & leadership skills.
1 to 2 Experience in Graphic Design Department of Printing & Packaging Company.
1 to 2 Experience in Offset Printing
1 to 2 Experience in Digital Printing including Large Format
Any experience in Silk Screen & Sublimation advantageous.
Ability to converse in English
