Junior Business Analyst

**Job Highlights**:- laptop to be provided (pickup from Makati Office)- internet allowance while WFH- Upon regularization, get a total of- 30 paid leaves per year- HMO for you PLUS 1 dependent worth P150,000 limit per diseases**RESPONSIBILITIES**The Business Analyst reports directly to the Project Manager.Main tasks include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.- Performing requirements analysis.- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.- Working closely with clients, developers, and managerial staff.- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Must be able to understand the concepts of a software system and must have sufficient knowledge of how the system works technically as well as functionally. Having programming or system analysis and design knowledge is a great advantage- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills (business requirement analysis)- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions- Excellent documentation skills- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations- A track record of following through on commitments- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or any other IT-related field**_ >1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY!_**Schedule:- 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you comfortable with hybrid work?
