MERCEDES-BENZ GROUP SERVICES PHILS., INC.Is currently looking for: JUNIOR ASSOCIATE, RECRUITMENT(Project-Based)Responsibilities: Responsible for providing assistance and logístical support to the Manager for recruitment on activities related to recruitment & sourcing, marketing HR administration, and all related topics; Responsible for custodianship and safekeeping of HR related information and records; Responsible for delivery of first level basic HR services and reception of concerns, questions and issues from employees.Supports day to day Talent Acquisition Activities but not limited to Paper Screening, initial Interviews and facilitates exam and conducting of pre employment discussionsLiaise with the HiringManagers on the progress of the vacancies and openingsQualifications: Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience with strong HR operational focus, preferably in BPO-/Call-center businessWith at least 1-year core experience in recruitmentGood knowledge and experience in Relationship and vendor management (agencies)Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business or PsychologyRecruiting processes preferably with mass hiring backgroundTraining & Qualification:deliver support to training initiatives and implementation of programs.Specialist or expert with broad experience in HR AdministrationEnsure HR ComplianceWilling to be on 5 months project base
