Sales monitoring & analysis of each outlet in the assigned area.
Product and inventory management
Implementation of Marketing & Merchandizing programs in the assigned area.
Follow through training, evaluation and recommendation on store sales team
Compliance to Company standards of all assigned stores
Key/Distinctive Metrics:
100% achievement of retail sales based on quota
Not more than 60 days inventory & less than 1% BO
100% compliance to marketing & Merchandizing initiatives
Attrition rate of not more than 5%
80% of store have excellently passed store audits conducted
