Junior Appraiser

**Job Descriptions**:1. Evaluate properties to establish market values and property ratings using the internal and external sources.2. Conduct formal appraisals of real property or land before it is sold, mortgaged, taxed, insured or developed.3. Make on site visits and inspects the property.4. Examine all variables that impact the property's present or future value such as comparable home sales, previous sales records and future developments.5. Prepare reports that fully explain assessment result and outline methods used.**Job Qualifications**:1. Bachelor's degree holder in any related field2. Proven working experience as a Real Estate Appraiser.3. Familiarity with all current industry's regulations, rules and standards.5.
