As a Junior Administrator youll provide essential administrative support to the Director tracking action items managing appointments and schedules and preparing reports. Your role also involves diligent followup and reporting on the status of all action items contributing to a legacy that resonates globally.

Here s an overview of your future role: Employment type: Fulltime

Shift: Day shift Mon Fri 06:00 AM 03:00 PM

Work Setup: Hybrid (Makati)

Salary: PHP 25000

What do you need to succeed Experience in client services and administration is required.
Demonstrated outbound or inbound phone call experience is necessary; there is no selling or cold calling involved in this position.
Preferred experience working with an Australianbased company.
Experience with an Australian financial company is advantageous but not necessary.
High attention to detail is a must.
Skills/Attributes Required:

College or associate degree is required.
Minimum of 6 months of CSR experience (handling calls and administration) or similar experience is necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Must exude confidence on the phone.
Excellent customer service skills are also required.
What awaits you in this role Provide administrative support to the Director in the tracking of action items management of appointments schedules preparation of reports etc.
Follow up and report the status of all action items.
Call external providers to gather information.
Conduct online research and information gathering.
Set up client files in the financial planning software (XPLAN).
Perform data entry and maintain client records.
Prepare client documents forms and Excel templates.
Handle adhoc tasks and various other duties.
