Junior Accountant

If so, we're looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing financial department!Roles and Responsibilities :Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reportingPreparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsManage month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingFile taxes with the BIR and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant.Manage salary processing/payrollDevelop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsPrepare reports, as requiredThe Ideal Candidate :Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with CPA1-3 years of experience in accountingStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesExperience with financial reporting and analysisKnowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirementsStrong communication and leadership skillsTeam player, hardworking, and self-driven leaderAbility to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
