Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant for an Australian Client.**Scope of Work**:- Operate, support and review the day to day accounting operations and processes for designated clients.- Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions.- Resolve queries in a timely manner working around the establishment TATs (turnaround times).- Understand process and document them as detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as and when required.- Perform day-to-day accounting job duties that include reviewing the accounting and financial reporting for the assigned clients.- Escalate issues and questions to the senior accountant and client.- Accurate processing of month-end procedures.- Understand and document the business requirements of various clients.**Competence Requirements**:- Eligibility: Graduate in Commerce- Experience: 2-3 years minimum experience in F&A, preferably in outsourcing industry- Require excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives (TAT and Accuracy)- Well conversant in Verbal and Written English Conversation.- Open to shifts of 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.- Ability to learn the new software and processes quickly.- Sound knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and MS Word.**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
