Requirements
• Communications skills in Japanese and English languages
• Open for JLPT N1-N2 Passer or level
• Japanese National can speak English
• Open for Japanese nationals who are currently in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
• At least with experience as senior or 3-5 year’s work experience
• Experience in Finance and Accounting and SAP is an advantage but not required
• Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
Job Description:
• Managing the activities performed by the regular accounts payables processing Team
• Providing support to and coaching team members regularly
• Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance development plans to help meet the production targets and quality
• Developing initiatives for nonstop process improvement
• Checking the production issues and escalating challenges and issues to accounts payables leaders as needed
