The company distributes its household products, medical and car care products for almost 200 countries world-wide. Philippine site handles technology, finance, accounting and human resources operations.
Position: Japanese Team Leader Buyer

Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• JLPT N1/N2 level (Certificate is not required)
• Japanese National
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Preferably with at least 3 - 5 years purchasing experience
• At least 1- 2 years Team lead experience
• Accounting/Finance related experience is a BIG Advantage
• Willing to handle financial services and work in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in managing a purchasing team
• Serve as the main contact person for the department
• Handle and manage purchase orders of the company
• Ensure accuracy of order information on the company system
• Ensure deliveries and coordinate with company suppliers
• Attend to inquiries of Japanese speaking suppliers and stakeholders
• Manage escalations and solve reported issues
• Prepare monthly purchase order reports
