Job Descriptions
Responsible in process channel orders from distributors, direct resellers, and carriers
Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing Purchase orders and quotes
Provides Shipment Confirmation to Customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and in correct status before each order status
Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports

Job Qualifications
Japanese bilingual with intermediate to advanced language proficiency
Open for not Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years related experience, order management experience and customer fulfillment
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Zuora, Zendesk, or ServiceNow and SAP experience is a plus
