Details of the offer

Manage the 140 employees and 12 HR Staffs in each branch/school
Monitoring the Interview process of students and make budget /annual plan
Evaluate the employees and manage the organization by assigning the manpower if needed
Join the meeting with supplier as administration manager
Manage the school equipment and quality
Report to Japan HQ in Japanese

Japanese Language Proficiency ( JLPT N2 level above)Working experience in HRWorking experience in managerial position
Able to report to Japan in JapanesePreferably Strong to number or have experience/knowledge of AccountingMust have Driving license
Diligent personality
Basic salary 60-90k + position allowance 10kActual transportation CostMonday-Friday, 8:00-17:00HMO provided
