Company Profile: This company is engaged in the manufacture of molded rubber parts including assembly with other parts such as plastic connector and metal. Our products are used not only in the automotive industry but also in Electric Appliances, Medical Instruments, Cameras & Microscope Parts, Compressor Seal Parts and Electronic Microswitch Pads.

Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Laguna
Salary: P80,000 – P 100,000
Schedule: Day shift

Responsibilities:
• Be able to develop and implement quality management systems in manufacturing industries.
• Create and maintain the companies documents, especially quality manuals, and quality procedures.
• Meeting with other staffs to give some recommendations and share quality results
• Doing tests in the production to maintain the safety of the equipment and also the quality of the products
• Participating in team discussion to make some improvements in the system if needed

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Can speak English fluently
• Has experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a manufacturing company preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably someone who has worked in a Manufacturing company
• Willing to work in Laguna
• Willing to work as a Manager in a Manufacturing company
