Position: Japanese Production Supervisor Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Subic
Salary: P100,000
Schedule: Dayshift

Responsibilities:
• A person in charge of the Production Management of ink cartridge for Inkjet printer
• Specifically, drop the requested delivery date into the production plan (the ERP system calculates reserves), instruct / manage local executives, and perform progress management / coordination, and etc until shipment while coordinating with affiliated companies in Japan.
• Perform new product development, improvement of quality, and propulsion of cost- down project while coordinating with Production Technology department, Product
• Development department, and Quality Control department

Requirement and Qualification
• 3 years actual experience of Production Management regardless the position(preferably experience abroad)
• English level: Business English (can communicate with local staff without an interpreter)
• Driver’s license (Japanese driver’s license is accepted)
• Not a passive but active type of person
