Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak Japanese
• Japanese N1,N2, N3 Passer or Level
• Sales experience is advantage but not required
• Bachelor’s degree holder in any course
• Ability to communicate and work within a team environment
Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with key sales stakeholders both internal and external
• Work and collaborate with internal customers whilst being managed locally
• Offer sales and a degree of technical support to all our customers and partners
• Become a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and whenever needed or applicable SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all the external customers
• Answer incoming "Sales Related" calls and proactively qualify sales opportunities
• Prompt and professional handling of all customer enquiries claims and concern
• Build relationships across functions and organizational boundaries to solve customer challenges
• Schedule meetings for external sales teams
• Be proactive and propose improvement ideas and action plans
