This company is a manufacturer of metal coatings. These metal coatings are widely used in non-stick pans and cooking utensils.

Position: Japanese Manufacturing Manager
Industry: Manufacturing of Metal Coating
Location: Laguna
Salary: P 100, 000 gross above
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
?The manufacturing place is the shift schedule
(6:00AM~3:00PM?6:00PM~3:00AM)
That’s why, depending on the situation, the working schedule is the shift schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Management in the manufacturing department in terms of quality, cost, delivery date, safety management and guidance to workers
• 5S management in manufacturing department
• Creation and management of 4M management standards

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Can speak English fluently
• Has experience as a manager in manufacturing environment
• Experience of surface treatment and painting related is an advantage
