• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Japanese and English
• Open to Filipino and Native Japanese speaker
• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any related field
• With at least 1 year experience in related fields (Librarian, Data Management or Digital Management)
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain asset folder structures
• Upload assets into some of the DAM systems
• Enter and validate metadata as part of the asset upload process
• Create and maintain a process to Track rights and usage expiration
• Maintain the main Large File sharing tool within the organization
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of metadata and knowledge management solutions.
• Analyze digital analytics and user research to refine taxonomies as needed.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the organization's records management policies. (contracts, compliance, offsite storage)
• Work with project teams to assess project space needs. Develop a plan for implementation and manage development and roll out of spaces.
• Provide support to program research associates, centralize resources, identify best sources
