Position: Japanese Gaming Representative
Industry: BPO Company

Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: P80,000

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing assistance to customers about the gaming hardware, software and systems
• Familiarize with Video Games to provide effective solution to client/customers queries
• Response to inquiries via phone call, chat, or email
• Solve reported game issue by the client

Requirements:
• Native Japanese or someone who has Native level of proficiency in Japanese language
• Conversational English skills .
• Preferably someone who is born and raised in Japan or someone who has studied in Japan.
• Graduates, Undergraduates or High School graduates are welcome to apply.
• Customer service,Technical support, call center or BPO working experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in Gaming softwares, hardwares and applications is a plus but not required
