Italian Online Shop Collection Associate

Position: Italian Online Shop Collection Associate Industry: BPO Company
Location: Taguig City
Account: Online Shopping
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule and may work during Holidays
Days Off: 2 days off per week
Salary: P 70, 000 – P 90, 000
Benefits: HMO, Allowances, 13th month pay, VISA Processing for Native

Requirements:
• Native or Non-Native Italian Speaker
• Can speak, read and write Italian
• Must be Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting is an advantage but not required
• BPO or Finance and Accounting experience is a big plus
• Willing to take calls from Italian clients
• Amenable to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
? Answer phone calls from Italian Clients
? Handle B2B Account Receivable transactions
? Attend to Collection related queries
? Prepare documentation and relevant Receivable reports
? Post and update account receivable record of the customer
? Review unpaid invoices and remind the customer
