JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This is a jewellery and watches manufacturing company. They are well known for producing and distributing quality timepieces and jewellery worldwide.
Position: Italian Helpdesk Support (Luxury Accessories)
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Lapu-Lapu , Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Working Onsite
Requirements:
?? Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Italian
?? Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
?? Proficient in both Italian and English
?? Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
?? Customer Service experience is a plus
?? Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
Responsibilities:
?? Responsible to handle calls by providing best customer service with Italian-speaking
?? Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to Italian-speaking clients
?? Responsible to handle customer concerns and inquiries regarding the products and services
?? Managing customers and clients with the product and service related information by following the guidelines and procedures.
?? Help in tracking and distributing order information
?? Perform other related task
