Position: Italian Customer Service Support in Batangas

Requirements:
• Native or Non-Native Italian Speaker with permanent visa here in the Philippines
• With conversational English skills
• Preferably graduate of any 4 years course
• Customer Service experience is an advantage
• Preferably with knowledge in ISO Standards
• Background in MS Office, SAP is a plus
• Willing to work in Batangas

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for Italian speaking client and customer
• Handle and manage customer’s order, request and reservations
• Provide assistance to customer to order related inquiries such as shipment, follow-up, item availability, order booking and item replacement
• Assist sales team in preparing sales quotations
