Ensures all workstation hardware & software, network and security tools and licenses are accounted for and with updated maintenance agreements or licenses;- Ensure that the IT infrastructure is secure and resilient by establishing and enforcing baseline standards and security controls that adhere to industry best-practices;- Administer local and cloud server security patches, prioritize prevention of outside threat and ensure that the security is up to date;- Plans for and designs the telecommunications system and network infrastructure to achieve high-availability, optimized operations, maximum security, rapid disaster recovery, low operating costs;- Performs preventive & corrective maintenance and technical support for network devices, computers, peripherals and other related equipment within pre-agreed service levels;- Develops and implements policies, procedures and guidelines related to telecoms, networks and end-user computing security and operations during steady-state and disaster recovery;- Assists in achieving team's financial objectives by identifying cost reductions opportunities and implementing initiatives through introduction of new hardware technologies & software tools, and process improvements;- Facilitate in the procurement, provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance and support internal and third-party vendor.- Keep all inventory up to date.- Facilitate activities to ensure all support is facilitated according to pre-agreed schedules and up-time time metrics;- Coordinate to third-party/vendor, monitor the metrics and provide extensive reports.- Secure and Facilitate the software accesses of XP employees- Ensure that access inventory is up to date.
