It Technical Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups.- Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs.- Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase and works with various vendors for procurement.- Perform on-site and remote technical support.- Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.- Maintains excellent communication with the Infrastructure Manager on all tasks and projects.- Creates and maintains good technical documentation.- Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.**Qualifications**:- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Computer-related course;- With accreditation, experience in a network switch, server installation, and maintenance;- Knowledgeable in Google Suites, MS Office, MS Outlook software, and PC Troubleshooting;- Knowledgeable in Basic Network/Switch and Server Hardware Troubleshooting;- With strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills.**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday- OvertimeSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
